The role involves organising and managing back of house operations to support store teams in delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers. The back of house/stockroom is essential for the store, and a well-run, organised environment is key to providing a showroom experience daily.
You will take full ownership and accountability for the stock room area and product. Your day will include processing deliveries and being the first to see new product lines as they arrive. You will support the teams with shop floor replenishment and develop an understanding of customer needs. Additionally, you will assist by picking and packing orders for digital customers.
Working closely with your management team, you will help the store reach its targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What will I be doing?
- Spending the majority of your time back of house in a busy, varied, fast-paced, and fun environment.
- Ensuring stock replenishment, deliveries, and customer product requests are handled efficiently.
- Picking and packing orders for digital customers during peak periods, ensuring quality checks and timely shipping.
- Supporting cash desks with replenishment of essential stationery and gift wrapping as needed.
- Maintaining the store's aesthetic, ensuring product availability and upholding floor sets and standards.
- Having great product knowledge and the ability to style and serve customers as needed.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do and working as one AllSaints team.
- Maintaining staff areas to the highest level of expectation.

About the location
Our Brompton Road standalone store in London has been open since and usually trades from 10:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). The store is surrounded by popular tourist attractions and is located in TFL zone one, approximately a five-minute walk from Knightsbridge Underground station.
