THE ROLE

The Digital Visual Merchandiser is responsible for bringing our brand and product proposition to life across every digital touchpoint, creating inspiring customer journeys through best-in-class visual merchandising, product storytelling, and category presentation.

Sitting within the Digital Trade team and reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & CRM, this role combines creativity with commercial insight to optimise the online customer experience, drive engagement and conversion, and maximise trading performance.

Working cross-functionally with Digital Trade, Content, CRM, and Retail Visual Merchandising, the role ensures a consistent, customer-centric brand experience across all digital channels.

  • Own the visual merchandising strategy across the e-commerce site
  • Ensure product categories, landing pages, and navigation reflect seasonal priorities, customer needs, and trading objectives
  • Create inspiring and commercially effective product presentations that improve product discovery and conversion
  • Optimise category layouts, product sequencing, and visual hierarchy to maximise engagement and sales performance
  • Continuously review and enhance the online customer journey through data-led merchandising decisions
  • Content & Storytelling
  • Partner closely with the Senior Content Manager to translate monthly brand and campaign directives into compelling product stories
  • Support Curation of product selections for email campaigns, that support content stories, seasonal focuses, and trading priorities
  • Ensure content narratives are effectively reflected throughout site categories, collection pages, and merchandising features
  • Support the creation and execution of editorial and campaign landing pages that connect content with commerce
  • Maintain consistency between campaign messaging, product presentation, and customer experience across all digital channels
  • Build a strong partnership with the Visual Merchandising team
  • Ensure store VM guidelines, seasonal themes, and key product focuses are consistently reflected across digital channels
  • Translate in-store visual concepts into effective online merchandising experiences
  • Act as the key digital contact for VM initiatives and launches
  • Commercial Trading Partnership
  • Work closely with Digital Trade Managers to align merchandising activity with sales objectives, stock priorities, and commercial opportunities
  • Manage product launches, monitoring the critical path, and executing daily trading strategies (e. g., cross-selling, up-selling) to maximize full-price sell-through
  • Support promotional activity, launches, and key trading events through effective visual merchandising execution
  • Balance brand storytelling with commercial performance to achieve business objectives
  • Analytics & Performance
  • Monitor and report on key merchandising and customer engagement metrics
  • Use analytics, customer behaviour insights, and trading performance data to inform merchandising decisions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience and improve site performance
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Proven experience in Digital Visual Merchandising, E-commerce Trading, Online Merchandising, or a related digital retail role
  • Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and e-commerce best practices
  • Ability to combine creative storytelling with commercial and analytical thinking
  • Experience working with content, CRM, and trading teams in a retail environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to inform decisions
  • Act as the subject matter expert for digital visual merchandising and online storytelling
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail experience

Studio Location.

Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
