We are looking for a Trading Assistant to join our Digital team at AllSaints to support the day-to-day operations of the AllSaints websites. This role sits within our Digital trade team, and reports into the Digital Trading Coordinator. The Trading Assistant is responsible for the pre-launch enrichment and setup of online products, as well as ongoing site maintenance and merchandising to drive sales and ensure a consistent brand experience.
What Will I Be Doing
- Ensure all products are accurately enriched and set up pre-launch, including imagery, badges, size guides, copy, categorisation and attributes.
- Manage upsell and cross-sell recommendations for new and existing products.
- Maintain site accuracy through regular site checks, including ensuring product badges, size filters and colour groupings are updated and maintained.
- Support the Digital Trading Coordinator in ensuring the product visual merchandising of the website is always maintained, utilising trade & stock knowledge to align with the business goals.
- Maintain web pages by ensuring all collections, product images, badges and videos are up to date with seasonal launches.
- Product reporting: Manage reporting for product launch updates, seasonal tracker summaries, reporting on launch percentages, reasons for product not being online and proactively seeking resolution for products to launch online.
- Support the Digital team during campaign and promotional launches through site testing and walkthroughs.
- Manage email and performance marketing VM alignment with category and listing pages for a smooth customer experience.
- Conduct regular site audits across all regions to ensure site quality and brand alignment.
- Support the Digital Trading Manager and Digital Trading Coordinator in the creation of daily sales.
- Support the Digital Trading Coordinator in the creation of bestseller reporting and taking action to update categorisation on site and drive sales.
- Strong customer and regional awareness. Understanding the different site capabilities and trading activities by region.
- Proactively taking actions to support and drive sales, using a commercial mindset and thinking customer first.
- Strong awareness of the Digital Trading Strategy and actively seeking opportunities to drive sales and KPIs.
- Assist the Trade Manager / Digital Trading Coordinator when needed.
- Manage the upload of Amazon products to the Amazon store.
