The role involves assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in-store and online service.
  • Overseeing and providing knowledge, leadership, and support to stylist team members responding to customer enquiries via our online customer service system.
  • Ensuring effective time management, resilience, multitasking, and determination to meet customer journey expectations, financial targets, and business updates.
  • Leading a team of floor managers and stylists, upskilling them with commercial skills to succeed and deliver sales targets.
