We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

The role involves joining our team as Sourcing & Supply Chain Performance Coordinator, focusing on our footwear category. Working as part of our Sourcing & Supply Chain department, this role will act as a bridge between our internal teams and external partners, assessing supplier performance and ensuring the timely delivery of product into our business.

Supplier experience and strong relationship building skills are important for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have good Excel skills and be an analytical thinker.

About the team: Based at our East London Studios, you will report to the Production Director.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research and onboard new vendors
  • Manage the critical path and lead times, ensuring timely delivery of product into the business
  • Create and maintain monthly performance reports for vendors, tracking relevant metrics
  • Work with the wider product teams to ensure critical path deadlines are being hit, resulting in a timely delivery of stock into the business
  • Maintaining accurate data on our systems and trackers
  • Audit supplier invoices and performance reports to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery of product

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a retail environment
  • Proficient on Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experience in managing and delivering a critical path
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast moving and ever changing environment
  • A natural curiosity to dig into data and find the 'why'
  • Footwear experience
  • Previous experience of managing footwear product development
