We are a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.
The role involves leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. You will take full ownership for delivering the AllSaints experience in your concession, engaging with customers and delivering amazing service. This is your opportunity to introduce AllSaints to potential new customers, showcasing the unique products and incredible customer service we offer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Equipping and incentivising your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates.
- Partnering and developing strong relationships with the host store to elevate and promote the brand.
- Hosting annual appraisals for all team members to recognise achievements and identify areas of improvement.
- Planning and delivering monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
- Walking the shop floors daily to maximise trade opportunities and identify risks early.
- Ensuring your floor management and stylist teams look and feel ready to impress customers.

About the location: Our standalone store in Lakeside, Essex has been open since 2008 and usually trades from 09:00am - 21:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our team is friendly and upbeat, working with a large demographic of loyal customers.
