The role involves assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to customers. The store is seen as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers, who may shop in-store, online, or via partnerships. As a store manager, you will support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in-store and online service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Equipping and incentivising your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates.
- Supporting the brand leader in the development of your team, recognising achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Planning and delivering monthly floor sets, promoting new collections, and driving sales across all product categories.
- Walking the shop floors daily to maximise trade opportunities and identify risks early.
- Overseeing and providing leadership to stylist team members with first line customer queries via our online customer service system.
- Ensuring your floor management and stylist teams are ready to impress customers.
- Handling employee-related matters in store alongside your brand leader.
