We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

The Senior Finance Manager – Commercial Finance is a key business partner responsible for driving financial performance across AllSaints' core global channels. This role moves beyond standard accounting to provide deep commercial oversight of our Digital, Channel, Partner, and Distribution Centre (DC) P&Ls. You will be expected to challenge the status quo, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and find efficiencies in how we analyse and report on stock, sales, and margin.

About the team: Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, this is a line management role, responsible for the development and output of one Finance Analyst. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on transitioning from manual data production to high-level commercial insight.

What you'll be doing (key responsibilities):

  • Commercial P&L Ownership: Manage the end-to-end commercial P&Ls for Digital, Channel, and Partner portfolios, working closely with accounting teams to challenge and understand month-end actuals.
  • Budgeting & Reforecasting: Support the annual budget and periodic reforecast process, ensuring all channel-specific assumptions are robust and commercially grounded.
  • Operational & DC Finance: Own the budgeting for Digital and B2B carriage costs, mastering the volume/rate drivers and modelling resource requirements for agency staff within our Distribution Centre.
  • Reporting Transformation: Own weekly and monthly commercial reporting on stock, sales, and margin. Actively work with transformation and data science teams to improve outputs, reducing time spent on data 'churn' in favour of analysis.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with Digital and Performance Marketing teams to challenge sales forecasts, margin assumptions, and ROAS targets by channel and market.
  • Investment Appraisal: Support senior leadership with business casing and scenario modelling for new initiatives, appraising potential investments for profitability impact.

What we're looking for (skills & qualifications):

  • Post-qualified experience (PQE) in a commercial finance role, ideally within a fast-paced Retail or FMCG environment.
  • Qualifications: Must be ACA or CIMA qualified.
  • Commercial Mindset: Ideally commercially minded with the ability to proactively challenge and understand the data in front of them to drive business performance.
  • Efficiency Focused: A natural problem-solver who dislikes manual data entry and is always looking for a 'better way' to get to the answer through automation and process improvement.
  • Communication: Proven ability to translate complex commercial P&Ls and financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders across the business.

About the location: Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location: Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.

What we stand for:

  • The Customer is the Boss: We work as one proud team to get the best for our customers.
  • One Team: We are joined up and encourage others to share their ideas.
  • We Do What We Say We Will: We know our goals, and we work with clear outcomes in mind.
  • We Are Responsible: We are self aware, understand the impact we have on others and are positive about the future.
