As a backstage stylist in store, you’re responsible for organising and managing back of house operations to support store teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. The back of house/stockroom is the engine room of our store and a well run, organised environment is key to supporting the store to deliver a wow, showroom experience to our customers every single day.
You’ll be taking full ownership and accountability for the stock room area and product. Your day will be spent processing deliveries and you’ll be the first person in the store to see the new product lines as they arrive. You’ll support the teams with shop floor replenishment, developing an understanding of what your customer wants. You’ll also support our allsaints.com customer by picking and packing orders for our digital orders.
You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets and helping them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What will I be doing?
- Your day will be varied, fast-paced and most importantly, fun!
- Stock replenishment, deliveries and customer product requests are essential to a successful day and it will be up to you to ensure this is done efficiently and with pace.
- Picking and packing orders for our digital customer orders will be in high demand during our busiest periods and it will be up to you to get our orders readied, quality checked and shipped within a small window of time.
- You will support our cash desks with replenishment of essential stationary and may be asked to support gift wrapping.
- You will actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
- You will have great product knowledge and the ability to step “on-stage” to style and serve our customers as needed.
- You will relentlessly put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to get the best result.
- Housekeeping and ensuring staff areas are maintained to the highest level of expectation, showing pride in your surroundings at all times.

About the location
Our standalone store Jack’s Place in London has been open since 2005 and usually trades from 10:00am - 19:00pm (subject to seasonal changes). Our diverse team takes huge pride in working at our Head Office based store that houses the famous E1 6NN postcode. They bring a fun and energetic vibe. Teamwork is what they do best. Located in TFL zone one and approximately a 10 minute journey from London Liverpool Street station.
