The role is essential in building on and further supporting our WFLE partners as we continue to expand this fast-moving channel within our business. A great opportunity for someone with experience working with account management and partner relations and with a passion for fashion looking for their next step in their career.
Working within our wholesale, franchise, and licensing team, the junior wholesale account executive will support the growth and partnerships of our accounts, with a focus on driving sales, hitting revenue targets, and building on partner relationships. Reporting to the account executive, you will have accountability for allocations, order book management, and maximizing opportunities across all categories, reviewing and analyzing sales performance to seek opportunities for growth across UK and international partner accounts.
What will I be doing?
- Support in the day-to-day management of WFLE partner accounts
- Weekly/Monthly business meetings with partners to review performances
- Support with market organization; prepare business snapshots prior to market week, take partner orders during market, and consolidate feedback, order entry to preparing and sending order confirmations
- Support with new partner account setup and accountability for the end-to-end process and link with the DC for all compliance and shipping requirements
- Forecast and projections by account to support in-season reorder business
- Management of the WFLE free stock & proactive approach to inventory management to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability
- Weekly shipping report & ownership of the shipping process with the DC
- Compile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and comments
- Adhere to our brand value and team ethos of ‘the customer is the boss’
What skills do I need?
- Strong organizational and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment as a junior account executive or sales administrator with experience of the UK/EU WFLE market
- Good analytical skills
- IT proficient with strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross-functional working
