Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Environment, Social and Governance Assistant to join the Production & Sourcing team at AllSaints. This is a brand new role reporting into an ESG Manager who will be responsible for leading, defining and delivering on a new corporate social responsibility strategy, focussing on our Supply Chain. You will support the ESG Manager to ensure AllSaints continually develops its corporate reputation on Supply Chain, Ethical & Environmental responsibility and sustainability agenda both internally and externally, whilst delivering long term brand value, improving the reputation of AllSaints across its stakeholders, suppliers, customers & employees.

What will I be doing?

  • Managing & recording sustainability certificates across all raw materials from mills and suppliers, to ensure we can substantiate our sustainable claims.
  • Working with the AllSaints supply base on the management of our BCI account, and ensuring that all BCCU (Better cotton claim units) are entered by our suppliers.
  • Setting up and managing all new product info tags relating to sustainability.
  • Supporting the ESG Manager with supply base ESG initiatives.
  • Managing and keeping up to date third party licenses, contracts, and memberships with sustainable partners.
  • Working with the ESG Manager to support supplier introduction, onboarding, and ongoing initiatives regarding ESG.
  • Liaising with Production, Buying, Design, and Technical on day-to-day ESG supplier management.
  • Working with suppliers and supporting the ESG Manager on improving the visibility of their ESG initiatives and claims.
  • Supporting the wider team in delivering departmental ESG strategy.
  • Ensuring all ESG information is updated for supplier set ups.
  • Providing administrative support to the ESG Manager.
  • Other duties as required.
