The role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our CRM team, reporting directly to the Global CRM Manager. In this role, you will support the delivery of our global CRM strategy and oversee daily operations across multi‑channel campaigns. You will work closely with the Global CRM Manager while guiding and supporting our Junior CRM Executive and CRM Executive. This role requires a candidate with strong fast-fashion retail experience who can balance technical execution, data analysis, and commercial campaign planning.

What you’ll do

  • Lead day-to-day operations, including building and scheduling lifecycle, promotional, and transactional
  • campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App
  • Own the CRM communications calendar, ensuring alignment with trading and brand priorities
  • Support campaign execution across channels to drive customer lifecycle engagement
  • Ensure all CRM activities adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent customer journey
  • Manage and optimise automated customer journeys alongside the CRM Manager
  • Lead campaign QA and testing to verify logic, segmentation, and dynamic content before deployment
  • Utilise audience segmentation and dynamic content to deliver targeted messaging
  • Understand the technical setup of the CRM platform and collaborate with the Digital Product Lead on platform healthand integrations
  • Monitor daily and weekly CRM performance, provide initial analysis, and contribute to standard reporting outputs
  • Analyse campaign results to identify improvements and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Suggest new A/B testing approaches and adapt strategies based on changing customer behaviour or trading priorities
  • Work alongside the CRM Manager to mentor and guide the Junior CRM Executive and CRM Executive, delegatingtasks and reviewing output
  • Partner cross-functionally with Trade, Design & Content, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Compliance, Buying, Merchandising, and Tech
  • Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure activities remain market-leading and fully compliant

What skills do I need?

  • Proven track record in building,Launching and optimising CRM campaigns using a Tier-1 ESP (e.g., Emarsys, Klaviyo, Attentive) within e-commerce or fast paced fashion retail
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data handling, complex formulas) and experience using Google Analytics and Looker
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and multi-channel messaging (Email, Push, SMS, In-App)
  • Ability to plan campaign calendars, select relevant products for commercial alignment, and provide constructive feedback on visual assets
  • Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable to shifting business requirements
  • Team management and leadership experience is desirable
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
