The back of house/stockroom is the engine room of our store and a well run, organised environment is key to supporting the store to deliver a wow, showroom experience to our customers every single day.
You’ll be taking full ownership and accountability for the stock room area and product. Your day will be spent processing deliveries and you’ll be the first person in the store to see the new product lines as they arrive. You’ll support the teams with shop floor replenishment, developing an understanding of what your customer wants. You’ll also support our allsaints.com customer by picking and packing orders for our digital orders.
You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets and helping them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What will I be doing?

- Stock replenishment, deliveries and customer product requests are essential to a successful day and it will be up to you to ensure this is done efficiently and with pace.
- Picking and packing orders for our digital customer orders will be in high demand during our busiest periods and it will be up to you to get our orders readied, quality checked and shipped within a small window of time.
- You will support our cash desks with replenishment of essential stationary and may be asked to support gift wrapping.
- You will actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
- You will have great product knowledge and the ability to step “on-stage” to style and serve our customers as needed.
- You will relentlessly put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to get the best result.
- Housekeeping and ensuring staff areas are maintained to the highest level of expectation, showing pride in your surroundings at all times.
What skills do I need?
- Friendly and approachable, you'll be constantly interacting with team members, delivery and collection teams and our customers.
- Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style and our brand values - you'll support and influence your peers and customers alike.
- Driven with a can-do attitude - the stockroom is the engine room of all our stores and you’ll be consistently busy.
- Good problem solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy and sometimes under pressure.
- Tech savvy; you'll be processing our digital orders, store deliveries and customer product request using our in-store digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and articulate.
- You have strong organisational skills, creating an organised back of house environment for both you and the wider store team.
- You aim high, setting yourself targets and deadlines to work towards. You have a winning mentality and you love to work at pace.
