Assistant Store Manager - Cheshire Oaks

The allsaints team is a global brand made up of a diverse mix of talented people in a variety of roles. Our products are designed in-house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to our exciting plans.

As an assistant store manager, you’re responsible for assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. The store leadership roles are not just about what happens within the store’s walls; it’s also about the community around you. We see your store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area.

Your role will involve:

• Equipping and incentivising your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates.
• Supporting the brand leader in the development of your team, recognising achievements and identifying areas of improvement.
• Planning and delivering monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
• Walking the shop floors daily to maximise trade opportunities and identify risks.
• Overseeing and providing leadership to stylist team members with first line customer queries via our online customer service system.
• Ensuring your floor management and stylist teams look and feel ready to impress our customers.
• Handling employee-related matters in store alongside your brand leader.

About the location:

Our outlet store in Cheshire Oaks has been open since 2006 and usually trades from 09:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). With nearly eight million visitors per year, our teams are always kept busy!
