The role of senior stylist is fundamental, linking our products and customers, delivering exceptional customer service based on great product knowledge, selling skills and styling, while also being a role model to the rest of the stylist team.

As a senior stylist, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of running a floor or department, opening and closing the store, and assisting the management team in merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience. You will also support handling first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system, with the remainder of your time being spent with in-store customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening/closing the store, demonstrating confidence with cash handling, keyholding and security.
  • Managing the delivery of our products, ensuring efficient processing by the team.
  • Dealing with daily tasks and requests accurately and quickly, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Implementing best practices and mentoring new joiners to demonstrate the AllSaints way of working.
  • Supporting the brand leader and store manager with management responsibilities.
  • Leading the placement of bestsellers and key investment merchandising.
  • Identifying selling opportunities by actively approaching customers.
  • Handling and responding to first line customer queries across multiple topics.
  • Making service decisions for customers to resolve issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  • Displaying thorough product knowledge to sell the AllSaints brand and upskill the stylist team.
  • Ensuring immaculate presentation of the store at all times.
  • Creating an environment that inspires others and delivers an exceptional brand experience.
  • Working predominantly in-store with some time spent on online customer service.
  • Partnering with specialist customer experience team leaders for coaching on service delivery.

Skills required:

  • A minimum of a year in a stylist role at AllSaints.
  • Role model behaviour with consistent performance at stylist level.
  • Confidence in understanding AllSaints’ processes and procedures.
  • Positive attitude and winning mentality to achieve results.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy for processing transactions and responding to customer queries.
  • Able to assert authority fairly and consistently.
  • Innovative and reactive to trade, adapting the shop floor to meet targets.
  • A passion for fashion and belief in the power of an amazing outfit.

About the location: Our outlet store in Ashford, Kent has been open since 2016 and usually trades from 10:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). The outlet centre has the largest living wall in Europe, which reduces air pollution and aids biodiversity. Our team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoys their in-store experience.
