Right from the start three core principles have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation. We are united in our genuine care for each other, our customers, and our belief in what we do. About the role
We are looking for an organised, hands‑on and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our Roastery team. At the centre of what we do is consistency, quality and care. This role is all about making sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as it should - from goods in, to packing, to getting every order out the door on time. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our coffee reaches our customers exactly as it should, every single time. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with our roastery team to prioritise orders, manage stock and keep things moving at pace. Whether it’s picking what green bean is needed for the day, liaising with our courier partners, or making sure the warehouse is safe, clean, organised and running efficiently, you’ll have an eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership.
As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll support the roastery team, ensuring high standards, strong organisation and a well‑maintained space. You’ll also be responsible for systems accuracy, supplier relationships and maintaining a safe, clean and well‑functioning environment across the site.
Your focus will be on:
- Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in, picking, packing and dispatch
- Reviewing and prioritising orders in line with production and customer needs
- Maintaining stock accuracy, overseeing stocktakes and resolving discrepancies
- Managing courier relationships and handling any delivery issues or service failures
- Keeping warehouse systems accurate and up to date
- Ensuring we have all the consumable stock we require to dispatch orders such as packing materials, labels and bags.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse environment
What we are looking for
- At least 2‑3 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
- Strong understanding of stock control and pick & pack operations
- Confident using warehouse or order management systems
- Experience with Health and Safety in a warehouse environment
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills
- Forklift license certified (Reach truck preferable)
- Driving License
- Experience within the Food Industry or FMCG is a plus
