About the role. We're looking for a people-focused Hospitality Operations Manager to help bring consistency, energy and excellence across our café network. Working closely with our cafés, you'll support our GM’s and teams to ensure operational standards are maintained, projects are delivered successfully, and every site is set up to thrive. This is a highly collaborative role that combines leadership support, project management and operational improvement. A proactive mindset and the ability to spot opportunities for improvement before they become challenges. A genuine love for hospitality is essential, you should feel comfortable spending time in cafés, observing operations, gathering feedback and supporting teams on the ground. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong partnerships across Operations, Coffee, Brand and People teams.
