Right from the start three core principles have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation. We are united in our genuine care for each other, our customers, and our belief in what we do. This is a broad role that combines strategic business partnering with hands-on operational leadership. You'll oversee the day-to-day finance function while helping leaders across the business understand performance, make informed decisions and deliver on our growth ambitions. - Coaching and developing the UK finance team.
- Supporting key strategic projects, including the transition to our new UK roastery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
About you
You're a senior finance professional who enjoys operating as both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader. You know how to turn financial information into meaningful insight and aren't afraid to challenge thinking when needed. You're equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders, developing your team, reviewing month-end reconciliations or rolling up your sleeves to solve operational problems.
You’ll likely bring:
- ACA or ACCA or CA (ICAS) qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
- Experience leading budgets, forecasts and long-term planning processes.
