We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. Customer relationships are central to our offering at Allpress, and in this role, you'll immerse yourself in our industry leading coffee offering and wholesale support. As part of our Customer Experience team, you will work to develop and maintain genuine, professional and sincere relationships with all Allpress customers - providing expert advice and support. You will be a personable, conscientious and ambitious individual who ensures delivery of excellent service standards to consistently delight our customers.

As a high-profile ambassador for our company and products, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s requirements and build genuine rapport. You’ll be quick on your feet and cool, calm and collected in the face of any issues, as our customers will reach out to you in the first instance if something goes wrong. We are looking for someone who can handle these problems in a friendly and professional way, seeking the best possible solution for our customers and always as quickly as possible. This role is perfect for anyone who loves coffee, is organised and loves problem solving.

Day to day activities of this role include:

  • Processing all customer orders to meet delivery expectations
  • Answering incoming phone inquiries
  • Problem solving and managing the coffee inbox
  • Supporting our finance team with credit control and invoice management

Details:

  • Hours: 5 days per week
  • Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 dependant on experience
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Location: Dalston, London with WFH option available
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • Reporting to: Wholesale Customer Experience Manager
