About us

We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a trusted brand that stands for flavour, quality and great customer experience. Right from the start three core principles have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation. We are united in our genuine care for each other, our customers, and our belief in what we do. We need great people who will bring their imagination, skills and most importantly, their passion to our business.

About the role

We are looking for an organised, hands‑on and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our Roastery team. At the centre of what we do is consistency, quality and care. This role is all about making sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as it should – from goods in, to packing, to getting every order out the door on time. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our coffee reaches our customers exactly as it should, every single time. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with our roastery team to prioritise orders, manage stock and keep things moving at pace. Whether it’s picking what green bean is needed for the day, liaising with our courier partners, or making sure the warehouse is safe, clean, organised and running efficiently, you’ll have an eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll support the roastery team, ensuring high standards, strong organisation and a well‑maintained space. You’ll also be responsible for systems accuracy, supplier relationships and maintaining a safe, clean and well‑functioning environment across the site.

  • At least 2–3 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Strong understanding of stock control and pick & pack operations
  • Confident using warehouse or order management systems
