We’vebeen roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a sophisticated brand that stands for flavour and service. Right from the start three core principles have formed the backbone of our business – People, Flavour and Innovation.

We are united in our genuine care for each other, our customers, and our belief in what we do. We need great people who will bring their imagination, skills and most importantly, their passion to our business.

About the role

As our National Technical Manager, you'll lead and develop a talented team of technicians. You'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of the Technical team, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining safe, efficient and consistent operations across the UK.

You'll work closely with teams across the business to drive continuous improvement, develop technical capability, and ensure our customers receive the knowledgeable, friendly service that Allpress is known for.

No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time supporting and leading our Technical team to deliver exceptional service across the UK. You will oversee scheduling, resource planning and service delivery to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. You'll work closely with technicians, customers, external machinery suppliers and internal teams to ensure our service standards remain consistently high.

About you
