What you will be doing:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of light commercial vehicles (Renault Lutons, etc.)
• Performing PMIs, inspections, MOT prep, and safety checks to DVSA standards
• Handling key mechanical work: brakes, clutches, suspension, exhausts, and diagnostics
• Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and ensure first-time fixes
• Completing service paperwork, job cards, and compliance documentation accurately
• Road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality
• Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and efficient

What you will bring:

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

• Hands-on experience working with vans or LCVs in a workshop or fleet environment

• Confidence using diagnostic tools and solving mechanical problems

• Full UK driving licence (Category B)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
