What you will be doing:
- Maintain cleanliness of workshop floors, bays, and common areas.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal according to site procedure.
- Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues.
- Carry out general maintenance around site, such as grass/hedge trimming.
- Clean block paving area of site carparks.
- Replace Company Flags as required.
- Assist with customer deliveries.
- Flexibility to drive vehicles to support Sales deliveries.
- Flexibility to carry out low maintenance tasks such as building repairs/washroom facilities and paintwork.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially around workshop machinery and chemicals.
What you will need:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Comfortable carrying out low maintenance tasks and driving.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
