This role sits within the marketing and PR services arm of allpoints, where we bring our strategic thinking to life, helping clients fine-tune and deliver their marketing, social, and PR strategies. You\โ€™ll play a vital role in content ideation and campaign development, generating fresh and impactful ideas and translating them into engaging content across PR, social media, and broader marketing activities. It\โ€™s a collaborative and creative space designed for sharp thinkers who love bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Outreach

  • Identify and recommend suitable media, press, speaking, and awards opportunities for clients
  • Research and track editorial calendars, media lists, and PR opportunities
  • Assist with drafting media pitches, client bios, and press materials
  • Help create articles and thought leadership content
  • Monitor platforms for real-time PR requests and respond appropriately

Awards & Recognition

  • Track award deadlines, entry criteria, and costs
  • Identify relevant awards for each client and manage the submission process
  • Compile supporting documents, client metrics, and assist with drafting entries

General & Administrative Support

  • Proofread and copyedit press releases, bios, and social media content
  • Maintain shared documents, project calendars, and campaign timelines
  • Attend brainstorms and team meetings; contribute creative and strategic ideas
  • Provide day-to-day organisational support to the Marketing Director

What We\โ€™re Looking For

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling (both visual and written)
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media content and accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and engagement tracking is a plus
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
