About Us
AllPoints Fibre is revolutionising UK connectivity. Our API-driven platform, aquila, unifies major networks like Openreach, BT Wholesale, and CityFibre, enabling service providers with automation, real-time visibility, and rapid scalability.
The Role
As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into meaningful people initiatives, enhance capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role spans multiple locations, so regular travel is required. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

Role Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with stakeholders to drive organisational success through people-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategies.
- Embed HR strategy into the core of business planning, ensuring people initiatives directly support and accelerate organisational goals.
- Cultivate strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders to proactively address people challenges, acting as a trusted advisor across the business.
- Serve as a strategic conduit between specialist teams and the wider organisation, offering expert guidance on new people initiatives and ensuring consistent, values-led implementation.
- Collaborate with leaders to resolve complex employee matters, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and advise on critical people practices, including organisational change, TUPE, and employee relations, ensuring decisions are fair, compliant, and strategically sound.
- Champion performance and development frameworks, embedding systems that enhance individual and team effectiveness and support long-term capability building.
- Coach and influence stakeholders, delivering training and feedback that improves leadership capability and drives operational excellence.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic workforce plans that support future growth.
- Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights, measure impact, and inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Provide coaching and support to the People Operations Specialist, fostering their development and ensuring operational excellence in people practices.
About you: Your Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- People management skills
- Is able to understand and interpret HR metrics
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation
- Ideas orientated and always looking for ways to improve the employee experience
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
