Senior Business Analyst at AllPoints Fibre Network will work on projects within a core domain of the business to develop a deep understanding of its strategic goals and how it operates. They work both independently across projects and as a member of a project team to elicit and document business requirements and processes within projects to support the delivery of change. They will also lead and support other Business Analysts working on projects within their domain.

What you will be doing:
- High Level Scoping: Work with sponsors to effectively shape and document the scope of a project during its initiation.
- Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Plan and agree the activities and deliverables for the analysis workstream of a project. Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Produce quality documentation (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements) to facilitate effective change. Work with the business to prioritise requirements (e.g. MoSCoW, or stackāranked backlog) and contribute to sprint planning activities. Support and clarify requirements as required.
- Process Modelling: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand asāis and toābe processes. Documentation and peerāreviewing of processes (typically using UPN). Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Process Analysts to ensure alignment and consistency between processes. Support and clarify processes as required.
- Supporting Change Delivery and Go Live: Contribute towards the production of Knowledge Articles, Training Material, and Work instructions. Support testing.
