The Release Analyst at AllPoints Fibre Networks will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, reliable delivery of software releases across technology platforms. Acting as the glue between engineering, QA, operations, and suppliers, you’ll coordinate end‑to‑end release activity, manage lower environments, and ensure all deployments are executed with precision, governance, and minimal risk.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of software releases

  • Facilitating system changes into lower environments (Dev, Test, UAT)

  • Supporting test data management, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely data provision
  • Driving releases through the change management process, ensuring governance standards are met
  • Communicating release plans, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

About You

You’re a proactive and detail‑oriented Release Analyst (or similar) with a passion for quality, governance, and delivery.   • 2–3 years’ experience in release management, deployment, or IT operations

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and risk management
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools
