Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for a Provisioning Coordinator to manage customer orders from the point of order to full delivery of the circuits and handover to billing. In this role you will ensure suppliers and partners stay informed at all stages of the order process ensuring we provide high quality updates and set clear expectations to ensure our wholesale partners can update the end user effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales (Support) to manage handover of Ethernet and FTTP orders (modification, cease, new provide) from Sales into Provisioning, including process, systems, external communications.
- Ensure orders are placed with our suppliers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Take ownership and manage multiple deliverables at various stages of provisioning.
- Manage the consumer/business provisioning WIP to deliver circuits to time and budget, keeping customers appropriately informed at all stages.
- Liaising with suppliers via chat, email, telephone to provide timely updates for customers.
- Managing CPE dispatch/returns and logistics, collaborating with network operations for asset and configuration item management.
- Handling order delay or failure.
- Engaging with supplier provisioning and escalation teams, service management based on their prescribed customer service plan.
- Managing ECCs to ensure costs are agreed and recovered.
- Ensuring accurate and timely handover of customer circuit to live service, test and acceptance.
- Working with Revenue Assurance to ensure all circuits are handed over to billing in a timely and accurate manner, validating that:
- Customers are successfully accurately billed their first full month.
- Finance are notified of the supplier cost, start date and duration.
About You: You bring strong organisational skills, clear communication, and proven experience in customer-facing or order-management roles. You work effectively under pressure, manage priorities with accuracy, and uphold a professional and proactive approach. Experience with FTTP/Ethernet provisioning and relevant systems is advantageous.
