VACANCY: Sales Administrator. Monday Friday. Based in Glasgow G51 area Modern Offices
This is a varied and important role supporting our sales, warehouse and procurement operations; and generally providing all-encompassing professional service to our client base.
Our prestigious client, Glasgow based, family-owned seed supplier known for quality and reliability, Are looking to grow their Team at their Glasgow office, Due to increased work load.
We are looking for for someone who is bubbly, organised, dependable and customer focused. You will be an important point of contact for our customers, so confidence on the telephone and a professional, helpful approach are essential. Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role isdesirable.
- EXCELLENT TELEPHONE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Good attention to detail and the ability to process orders accurately.
- Experience using Sage or similar accounting/order processing systems. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work closely with sales, warehouse and procurement teams.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player,
- Handling incoming customer telephone enquiries and taking customer orders.
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, Providing customers with product information, availability and delivery updates.
