Mailroom Assistant

Rates: Β£13.45 per hour - long term temporary

Monday - Friday - No weekends

37.5 hours a week - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our prestigious client, an international financial business, who has various sites within the Central Belt, require a Mailroom Assistant to assist within their mailroom, also to collect mail from Royal Mail Sorting Centre.

The role is ongoing long-term temporary immediate start

To be considered the successful candidate, the following is essential;

  • previous office experience particularly within corporate environment desirable
  • must be mature, extremely customer focused with excellent communication skills, highly motivated, articulate, professional and polite at all times

Duties Include:

  • Liaising directly with client face to face / via telephone
  • Collect Mail from Sorting Centre
  • Sort mail for distribution to departments, sites and distribute
  • Collect mail from various locations around the buildings
  • Full training will be provided on all aspects of the job
