Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture components to exact specifications. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Turner. Fanuc programming knowledge. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Desirable: Experience with Sliding Head lathes. Relevant certifications or qualifications in CNC machining. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:15 PM Enjoy a three-day weekend with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Overtime opportunities are typically available on Fridays and Saturdays hourly rate, subject to workload. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate between Β£16.00 - Β£21, depending on experience.
