The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 Β£ per year.

To manage the Product Nonconformity processes and systems.

To manage Customer driven Quality, Documentation and Part Approval activities as required.

To manage the Calibration system and support with Calibration activities.

To support the Quality Manager with management and implementation of the QMS.

To support with Auditing activities and processes.

To monitor departmental and business Quality performance and produce relevant reports as required.

To support with the Quality aspects of Projects e.g. Offshore, CI, ERP Improvements, etc.

Self-assured and confident with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Able to multi-task and juggle complex and competing demands, organising and prioritising workload effectively.

Self-starter with a hands on approach, working under own initiative with minimal supervision.

Strong engineering aptitude with proven ability to solve problems.

Problem solving methodology implementation e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.

CI tools implementation e.g. FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Gauge R+R, Capability Studies, etc.

Able to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
