Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture components to exact specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
  • Fanuc programming knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Sliding Head lathes.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in CNC machining.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:15 PM
  • Enjoy a three-day weekend with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
  • Overtime opportunities are typically available on Fridays and Saturdays hourly rate, subject to workload.
