DOSH is an ambitious consumer fintech and e-money proposition helping people manage their money through simple, accessible financial services.

We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Product Manager who wants to do more than manage a roadmap.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a fintech business.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you'll own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for DOSH, working closely with colleagues across IT, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Marketing and Customer Support.

You'll combine customer insight, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making to shape what we build, where we invest and how we grow.

This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing fintech where you'll have real ownership and influence.

Please note that this primarily an office-based role worked from both our Hereford and Cheltenham Offices.

About You

What We are Looking For

You'll have product management experience within fintech, banking, payments or financial services and a track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll enjoy solving problems, challenging assumptions and turning ideas into action.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, moves with pace and focuses on outcomes rather than activity.

  • Product management experience within fintech, banking, payments or financial services.
  • Experience delivering B2C digital products.
  • Experience launching products or features from concept to market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Experience using data and insight to drive decisions.

  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
