We are now seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and uphold the high standards. As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience and the highest of standards. You will lead, inspire and develop a professional front‑of‑house team, working closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and senior management to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all restaurant operations including service, reservations, and guest relations.
  • Lead and manage the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Manage rotas, labour costs, and operational budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Liaise with suppliers to curate premium front‑of‑house stock lines.

The main focus of service hours will be Thursday & Friday evenings, Saturday lunch and evening service and Sunday lunch service, plus some additional hours in the week.

About You

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a high‑standard environment.

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑quality leadership environment.
  • Proven exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Professional knowledge level of food, wine, and fine dining service standards.
  • Effective communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging style.
  • Effective organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task under pressure.
  • A hands‑on, proactive approach with proven attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and experience managing costs and budgets.
  • A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Barista training and confidence with premium coffee services.
  • Previous experience in a fine dining or Rosette level environment.
  • Availability to work the business's core operating hours, Thursday to Sunday, including evenings and peak service periods.
Desirable
  • Wine knowledge at WSET Level 2 or equivalent, or a strong interest in developing wine expertise.
  • Experience supporting wine service, pairings, or cellar management.
