allpay Limited are now recruiting for Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our Client Services Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office, Whitestone.
You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of Customer Service.
Reporting to Client Services Support Team Leader, in this role you will learn to provide support to our clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution of queries across a variety of products and bespoke portals.
Working closely with your team, you will learn about allpay products and services, and you will be supporting your team to help resolve queries either by phone or e-mail which may include taking payments, password resets and assisting with downloading files.
Some other key elements of the role will include
- Learning and maintaining relevant internal procedures.
- Recording and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Reporting, logging and communicating faults.
- Working towards taking ownership of complaints and resolution.
Please note that after successful completion of the first year in Apprenticeship, the salary will increase to £26,247 p. a.

About You
To be successful in this role, a friendly and approachable attitude will be essential as well as:
- A passion for helping and assisting people.
- A willingness to learn and develop outstanding customer service skills.
Possess a professional telephone manner and be able to communicate well over phone and email.
GCSE qualifications in Maths and English C or 4 and above or equivalent.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, i. e. Outlook, Excel and Word, training will be provided for other bespoke systems.
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team and possess attention to detail skills.
