DOSH is a growing payments and e-money business, and we're looking for a Client Fund Specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical, reconciliation or finance operations experience who wants to develop their expertise within a regulated financial services environment.
Whether you're already working within payments, reconciliations or finance operations, or you're looking to build a long-term career in banking, fintech or regulated financial services, this role offers genuine development opportunities and exposure to a broad range of operational, safeguarding and regulatory activities.
Please note that this primarily an office-based role worked from both our Hereford and Cheltenham Offices.
As a Client Fund Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring the accurate processing, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions while helping maintain strong controls and compliance across DOSH operations.
You'll
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support payment processing activities and financial controls.
- Analyse data and identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Develop specialist knowledge in safeguarding, payments and regulatory requirements.
