We are seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team at allpay Ltd, based in our Hereford Head Office, Whitestone. You will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at our premises. Your attention to detail and commitment to a clean environment will ensure a welcoming space for everyone. You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of service.
Hours of work are Wednesday to Friday 6am-2pm, Saturday 8am-2pm & Sunday 8am - 12 noon.
Some of your main duties will include:
- To ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- To clean floors, walls, skirtings, stairs, working surfaces, internal windows and glass, lavatories, furniture and fittings.
- Ensure outstanding condition of toilet and washroom areas.
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing surfaces.
- Stocking up cleaning supplies and reporting low stock.
- Following health and safety regulations.
As a Cleaner you will be motivated by completing tasks to the highest standards, take ownership of your day-to-day duties and work with your colleagues to always look for ways to improve your work and to do things more efficiently.
As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have previous experience in a cleaning role preferred but not essential.
- Have the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Have a polite and professional attitude, and be considerate to those around you.
- Have a keen eye and attention to detail which will shine through your work.
- Be flexible, highly organised and methodical in order to complete your work within the time scales.
- Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage, preferable.
- Possess computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
This role requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing manual work.
