Situated in a beautifully refurbished train carriage, our farm shop is a unique destination for local produce enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on offering fresh, seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers from our own garden, alongside a curated selection of products from local producers. Our shop is more than just a place to purchase goods; it’s a community hub where customers can visit our café, walk the vegetable gardens and relax in a tranquil environment. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our farm shop. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep appreciation for local produce, a creative eye for merchandising, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will manage the shop as if it were your own business, ensuring it is beautifully presented, well-stocked, and offering an exceptional customer experience.
