About The Role
Are you curious about learning, technology, and helping others grow? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Product and Systems Learning Assistant to join our Learning and Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in L&D, with full support to develop your skills in instructional design, digital learning, and product knowledge.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the design and delivery of engaging training programs for internal staff and external clients.
- Assisting in the creation of digital learning content including eLearning modules, webinars, user guides and instructional videos.
- Working with subject matter experts to ensure training is accurate and relevant.
- Helping to administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Gathering feedback and helping evaluate training effectiveness.
- Supporting onboarding and induction workshops as needed.
- Learning and growing your skills in L&D tools, technologies, and methodologies.
About You

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a willingness to learn new software and platforms.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Open to feedback and keen to develop professionally.
- Happy to travel to client sites if required across the UK.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Any experience with eLearning tools or graphic design software.
- Awareness of training delivery methods or instructional design.
- Interest in developing facilitation or coaching skills.
