We are now recruiting for Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics Team. The role is based in our Herefordshire Office.

We are now recruiting for Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics Team. The role is based in our Herefordshire Office.
Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, in this role you will assist in all logistic procedures, stock movements, stock holding and value via Management Information tools. Hours of work will be 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
As Logistics Administrator, some of your key duties will include:
- Control the booking of external shipments of goods.
- Assist with stock taking and reporting.
- Daily replenishment of production department stock requirements.
- Management of return cards.
- Warehouse cover when needed.
- Control of Goods In and distribution of items.
- Ensuring all aspects of logistics work is professionally managed and resourced and meets the required SLA, which includes client pulls, pin printing, job issuance & job despatch.
About You
For this role you will need the following:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in an Logistics environment.
- Demonstrable computer literacy utilising Microsoft Office packages.
- Proven organisational skills along with effective communication skills for all levels of stakeholders.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to consult and agree plans with other team members/managers to ensure smooth operation and delivery of stocks/items required.
- Forklift Licence preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
- Ability to be flexible to cover shift hours as and when requested.
