What you’ll be doing
You\’ll play a key supporting role in helping us execute our product strategy and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Regulated Products), as Junior Product Manager you will be driving performance of our existing products, and you will develop the company’s new and enhanced products in line with the company business strategy.

About You
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s keen to build their product career in a fast-moving, regulated environment. You don’t need to be an expert yet – but a strong foundation, appetite to learn, and the confidence to get stuck in will go a long way.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Sound business acumen, with some experience or understanding of financial services or payments.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills – you\’re comfortable communicating with different audiences.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others both internally and externally.
- A willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, PSRs, and EMRs, and an appreciation of data protection and security standards.
- Good analytical thinking – you enjoy exploring problems and using data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and make clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel occasionally – both locally and internationally – when the role requires it.

- Mentorship from experienced Product Managers.
- Tailored learning opportunities (e.g., product certifications, tools training).
- A structured pathway to progress into a full Product Manager role.
- Exposure to real product strategy and delivery – not just theory.
- A supportive team culture.
