This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied compliance role, thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about risk management, financial crime prevention and doing the right thing.

What you'll be doing.

  • Support the monitoring, administration and oversight of allpay's client‐facing regulated activities.
  • Provide generalist compliance support to colleagues, clients and operational partners.
  • Conduct client monitoring before onboarding and throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying risks and supporting effective mitigation.
  • Review client profiles using our Risk Assessment Framework, particularly focusing on KYC considerations.
  • Carry out Client Monitoring reviews and produce reports highlighting compliance status and remediation actions.
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Support financial crime prevention responsibilities, including AML, fraud, PEP and Sanctions investigations.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and the accurate maintenance of financial crime records.
  • Support daily transaction monitoring and use findings to help manage client relationships.
  • Handle sensitive information, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), with absolute confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Client Support, Client Onboarding and Finance Teams to resolve compliance‐related issues.
  • Contribute to compliance communications, training and the continuous improvement of the compliance programme.
  • Support the embedding of AML, TCF and wider regulatory requirements into new products, systems and business initiatives.

About You

Could this be the ideal role for you? We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Evidenced knowledge of compliance, risk, AML or financial crime (within financial services would be advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, POCA, Sanctions) is desirable, but training can be provided.

Our ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Act with integrity and handle sensitive information and make fair, ethical decisions. You will take pride in doing things the right way.
  • Be curious enough to ask questions, explore issues thoroughly and enjoy getting to the root cause. You will continually seek better ways of working and be motivated to learn and improve.
  • Be agile and adapt quickly to changing priorities and regulatory demands. You will be comfortable working with complexity and make clear, timely decisions.
  • Collaborate and build strong working relationships across teams and communicate clearly. You will work confidently with colleagues, clients and partners to resolve compliance issues.

Here at allpay, we follow an Office First working model, reflecting the importance we place on in‐person collaboration across our teams, most of whom are based on‐site. While we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, a strong on‐site presence will be essential to support the existing teams and projects.
