About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Team, supporting our regulated activities and helping safeguard the business, our clients and our customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Support the monitoring, administration and oversight of allpay’s client‑facing regulated activities.
- Provide generalist compliance support to colleagues, clients and operational partners.
- Conduct client monitoring before onboarding and throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying risks and supporting effective mitigation.
- Review client profiles using our Risk Assessment Framework, particularly focusing on KYC considerations.
- Carry out Client Monitoring reviews and produce reports highlighting compliance status and remediation actions.
- Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and documentation.
- Support financial crime prevention responsibilities, including AML, fraud, PEP and Sanctions investigations.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and the accurate maintenance of financial crime records.
- Support daily transaction monitoring and use findings to help manage client relationships.
- Handle sensitive information, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), with absolute confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Client Support, Client Onboarding and Finance Teams to resolve compliance‑related issues.
- Contribute to compliance communications, training and the continuous improvement of the compliance programme.
- Support the embedding of AML, TCF and wider regulatory requirements into new products, systems and business initiatives.
About You

- Evidenced knowledge of compliance, risk, AML or financial crime (within financial services would be advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, POCA, Sanctions) is desirable, but training can be provided.
