About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a fixed term basis. As a Client Onboarding Specialist you will guide new and existing clients through the onboarding process for all pay’s core and regulated services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful client journey while gaining valuable experience across different projects.
Within this role you will
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition from quote acceptance to go live.
- Liaise & work alongside the Sales Operation Lead for new clients
- Manage multiple onboarding projects & stakeholders, balancing priorities and timelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.
- Develop technical knowledge of allpay’s products and services to support client needs confidently.
- Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system to track progress and ensure visibility for reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
