The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
You will take ownership of recruitment activities across multiple roles, working closely with Hiring Managers and external recruitment agencies.
You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including handling candidate applications, coordinating shortlisting and selection, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely feedback through to offer stage.
You will also support the hiring of temporary staff during periods of high demand, prepare onboarding activities, deliver induction sessions, and provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to the wider team.
Beyond recruitment, you will coordinate Right to Work and pre‑employment checks, manage the employee engagement platform and run analysis and reports, and support the delivery of front‑line HR services by providing a comprehensive, customer‑focused service for various queries and tasks.
You will maintain records, files and spreadsheets in line with GDPR and the Quality Management System.
Alloyed operates across multiple sites in Abingdon and Yarnton, so you must be prepared to work flexibly across all sites according to business needs.
This full‑time permanent position reports to the Head of People.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute recruitment activities for multiple roles.
- Coordinate the recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer issuance.
- Support temporary staff hiring, onboarding, and induction.
- Handle Right to Work and pre‑employment checks.
- Analyze and report on employee engagement platform data.
- Deliver a responsive, high‑quality front‑line HR service.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with GDPR and the Quality Management System.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR/recruitment role.
- Good understanding of HR practices; CIPD qualification not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Experience managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Experience setting up and maintaining efficient HR filing systems and handling sensitive information.
- Full UK Driving Licence and ownership of a car.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Full training and support will be given as needed.
