We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of sprinkler systems—including Wet, Dry, Alternate, Deluge, and Pre-Action systems—across a diverse portfolio of customers, from commercial and industrial sectors to public sector and blue-chip clients. This is a UK-wide position, requiring extensive travel and regular overnight stays.

How You Will Do It

  • Service and maintain fire sprinkler systems utilizing your technical expertise and industry knowledge
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently solve problems, and build strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the planning team to effectively manage time and prioritize jobs
  • Accurately complete service reports and handover documentation
  • Promote a Zero Harm culture by maintaining safe working practices
  • Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential:
  • Proven experience in servicing Fire Sprinkler Systems (Wet, Dry, Deluge, Alternate, Pre-Action)
  • Proficiency in flow testing and flow switch testing
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away as needed
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability for participation in the call-out rota
  • Preferred:
  • Formal qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • A genuine interest in engineering and professional development
