What we’re looking for:

  • A senior sales leader with a proven track record in complex, consultative solution sales to Tier 1 UK Communication Service Providers, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and digital value-added services for consumer and/or SMB segments.
  • Demonstrated senior-level relationships and commercial success with major UK telecom groups, especially Vodafone, Three, BT/EE, and Virgin Media O2, with the ability to operate credibly at Group and OpCo level.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the UK SECaaS pipeline, requiring a highly consultative sales approach, strong hunting capability, and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with C-level stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic demand generation and market development for Allot’s SECaaS portfolio across target UK telecom accounts, with broader coordination across Europe where relevant.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value SECaaS opportunities with Communication Service Providers, with particular focus on strategic UK target accounts.
  • Own and expand strategic relationships across named UK CSP accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers across business, marketing, product, and technology functions.
  • Drive consultative sales engagements by shaping customer vision, building business cases, and tailoring proposals to customer priorities.
  • Deliver revenue growth through new logo wins, pipeline conversion, and expansion of existing accounts.

What you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of and proven sales success with Tier 1 CSPs in the UK (must).
  • 10+ years of sales and account management experience selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs), with strong exposure to the UK market and broader Europe (must).
  • Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the telecom sector, including origination, qualification, and deal closing.
  • Proven success in consultative selling of cybersecurity and/or value-added service solutions for consumer and/or SMB markets.
  • Well connected at senior and C-level within the telecom ecosystem, with the ability to open doors and build strategic credibility.
  • Consistent top-performer with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
