Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all technical queries and issues from our B2B clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our software products through phone, email, or remote access

- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution

- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients' inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report any bugs or issues and suggest improvements to the product

- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal and external use

- Participate in the testing of new software releases and updates to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a B2B software environment

- Strong knowledge of software applications, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems

- Familiarity with SQL queries and relational databases is a plus

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously learn and improve
