Allmakes PR2 4x4 is a UK-based independent wholesaler specialising in parts and accessories for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management, strategic business development, and leadership of the sales function across both domestic and export markets. The role will focus on strengthening customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business both in the UK and internationally.
The position will also involve occasional domestic and international travel, including attendance at trade shows and customer meetings.
Sales & Business Development- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across UK and export markets.
- Work closely with the Internal Sales Manager and administration teams to develop and manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.
- Support the development of new export markets and sales channels, ensuring compliance with relevant trade and export regulations.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop both brand and specific market awareness and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports, information and analysis for Senior Management when required.
- Proven experience in account management and new business generation.
- Experience working within domestic and export/international sales market.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing, managing, or leading a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
- Experience within Jaguar and Land Rover automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
